Tara is an enthusiastic educational leader with over twenty years of combined experience as an administrator, speech-language pathologist, and adjunct university instructor. She has endorsements in Education Administration and Director of Special Education. Tara's skillset has afforded her the opportunity to work with students with disabilities and their nondisabled peers in preschool, elementary, high school, and post-secondary settings, as well as with adults in skilled nursing homes and home health settings. She is also the proud daughter of Charles and Barbara Smith. While her parents live an independent lifestyle, she is slowly becoming indoctrinated into the "sandwich generation" as she assists her parents whenever needed. During her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son.  Tara also likes to travel, try new restaurants, and exercise.
